Refunds are not offered on a printed book, however, if there is a fault with the book – for example: the printing is illegible as a result of faulty printing and there are pages in the book that are unreadable as a consequence, we will immediately send a replacement at no charge. This could take up to 7-10 business days in Australia. Please see replacement of goods also, in regards to postage and delivery as set out in the terms and conditions area relating to postage/delivery. Please read those terms and conditions for full understanding.

Regarding ebooks: Refunds are not offered on ebook downloads as is the industry standard, however, if there is a technical issue at our end – we will fix the issue in a timely manner of 7-10 business days and alert you via a provided email, that the issue has been resolved and the ebook is now ready for download. The likelihood of a technical issue is rare, though not impossible. If the technical issue is not resolved in that time frame so that you can download the ebook you have purchased, then we will of course provide a refund.
